At OHNSX, every item is made-to-order with care. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and how we handle delays.


Processing Time

All orders require 2–5 business days for processing before they ship.
This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

During new drops or high-volume sales, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.


Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after your order has finished processing.

🇺🇸 United States:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

🌍 International:
• Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
• Times vary by location and customs clearance.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Destination
• Weight of items
• Carrier pricing

Free shipping promotions will be displayed if applicable.


Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

If you entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or stolen after delivery.
If that happens, contact your local carrier and we’ll assist where we can.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes scan early.

If your package is lost in transit, email us at support@ohnsx.store and we’ll investigate with the carrier.


International Customs & Fees

Some countries charge additional customs, duties, or taxes.
These are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer.


Made-to-Order Items

Because many OHNSX products are made-to-order, cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of purchasing.
